Multi rename - Change the method for renaming using an ediitor

With this new feature I've tried to change the editor to sublime_text.exe but it doesn't work. Using notepad.exe does.
I was thinking instead of FC looking for the app to close is it possible for it to check the file for saved changes instead?
Closing the editor is a bit destructive. Leaving the editor open while FC looks for changes to the file I think would be better.
