Copy or Move interrupted

Has anyone come across this or is it just me?
For the past few months, I've been having Copy or Move executions interrupted between my PC and my NAS. It usually happens (but not always) if I carry on changing folders in either pane.
At first I thought it was down to the new version of the software that my Synology NAS uses as the first instance coincided with an update. I contacted Synology help and we ran some reports but they didn’t show a fault so I’m left thinking that, by doing what I’m doing, it somehow interrupts the connection between PC & NAS. I don’t remember it happening before a few months ago.
