855 - Minor - Swap panel with the same path issues

To reproduce:
- use default settings, possibly not needed
- on the right panel use plain view, ctrl+b
- on the left panel use same path, no plain view
- go to right panel
- press ctrl+u
= focus is changed to left panel and plain view is activated in both panels (if plain view is on the left panel, ctrl+u cause that plain view is disabled for left panel too)
- on the left panel activate any quick filter, ctrl+y
- on the right panel use same path, no quick filter
- press ctrl+u
= nothing happens, but if right panel is active, it's changed to left panel *
- on the left panel select few files and use "selected only" option , ctrl+s
- on the right panel use same path, no selected only
- press ctrl+u
= "selected only" option is deactivated

FC 855 donor 64-bit, Windows 10 21H1 64-bit.
