My system updated automatically from acrobat 32 bit to 64 bit yesterday and the quick view panel no longer displays my pdf files.
The Viewer works OK

What is your program version?
In the current 64 bit version you do not need any extra software for view the pdf files:

Build 840 32 bit public

My Acrobat DC 64 Bit has just been updated to 21.007.20099 and the preview pane now displays PDF files.

The following bug was fixed!

As an aside I had two email notifications of replies to my problem from sumitverma and horst.epp but neither have appeared as posts in the above thread.
I contacted freecommander about the missing posts but have heard nothing.

I guess the first post was spam and the second post was reply to that spam, these posts were probably deleted, because they were OT.

As stated the preview pane now works.
Clearly it was Adobe's problem and affected only 32 bit programs such as the FreeCommander 32bit donor version.
So all is good now.
