Apple iCloud Folder Names

When I open my iCloud folder within Free Commander the folders that are created by Apple have a ~ (tilde) in the name and the name is not correct.
For example the apple application Numbers creates a folder called Numbers, but within Free Commander it is com~apple~Numbers
Some are worse as they are much longer. If I create a folder manually within iCloud the folder names are as expected. Is this a bug within Free Commander?
