Backspace key when editing text

#1 Post by qazxsw » 17.08.2021, 08:20

Hello,

It would be nice if "Backspace" key would not change folder when editing text. For example:
1.Rename a file in a file list:
- In a file list select a file
- Press "Backspace": a directory is changed
2. Using "Quick filter":
- type some text in quick filter box
- Press "Backspace": a directory is changed

I know. I can disable "Go UP" keyboard shortcut, and still, I would like to use "Backspace" to navigate folders when I am not editing a text.

Thanks

I have not made any special setting and the backspacve key works as expected.
Starting to rename a file by slow double clicking on it starts editing and backspace is working as you want.
In the quick filter it also works as you want.
And we are taking about the real backspace key on the keyboard !
