Hello,
I just installed the donor edition of FreeCommander XE 2021 build 850 64-bit and found that the synchronize feature is not working correctly. When I compare the contents of two directories, new files and subfolders in either directory are not found. I repeated this problem after several restarts of my PC. I then reinstalled Build 849 and synchronize worked correctly, i.e., new files and subfolders were found.

Please provide the screenshot with synchronization window from both versions - I think, you use not the same options.
You do not need reinstall version if using portable version.
