Hello everyone...

Am I just that blind or does FC really not send the NOOP FTP command in regular time intervals?

The thing is that when an FTP server has -- for instance -- a 10 second timeout, one has to re-login again and again...

If it is truly not supported, please, developers, be that kind to implement this triviality that can ease our lives a lot...

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is really what you need but you could look into the dialog FTP connection. Here (in Connection details) occurs field Initial FTP commands. In my opinion this could be the right place to declare NOOP command.

thanks for the response, but I'm afraid that it really isn't what I need. At least I think so, because the available option for this does not resemble what I'd expect. There should be something like "[ ] Send the NOOP command every _______ seconds." NOOP command definitely isn't an initial one.
