Dear FreeCommander,

It seems that when I execute a registry file withing FreeCommander the corresponding keys and key values are not inserted in the registry although I get the usual dialog boxes:
- Warning me that my change an harm the system and
- Confirming that the changes have been executed into the registry

Here is an example of registry file that when executed has no effect on the registry:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Vim\GVim]
"path"="C:\\Softs\\vim82\\gvim.exe"

When I run the files from the Windows explorer the changes are inserted normally.

Best regards,
Vivian.

Have you tried right click on the file and "Run as admin"?
