Folder tree invisible at first

- start FC with these parameters (default settings): /N /NewIni=FreeCommanderTest.ini /NoPlugins /Lng=English
- click the folder tree toolbar button to enable folder tree
= it's enabled, but invisible, see the screenshot
It's possible to click it and drag to resize / enlarge the folder tree, but by default it should be visible without it IMO.
FC v2008.06a, Windows Vista 32 bit.
