Dark theme — almost there!

Hello,
It is long ago when I was trying to turn my beloved FC into pleasant dark tone, as is usual today. Now I am trying it again — and because the new set of icons is really nice, I think, that The Great FC deserves a few new additional recolouring functions. Maybe the Columns header and Scrollbars would be enough.
Well I am not a programmer, I have no clue how complicated this would be, but I beg for this, because this it the only obstacle to establish a true comprehensive dark theme to this golden piece of software which we spent hours with each day.
