Permissions locked.

Oay heres the deal, I'm running FC 2008.06a and i'm on windows xp sp2. The permissions for one of my folders has reset to 000. Every time I try to change this I get this message.
550 550 Could not change perms on lemons: Permission denied

Any help on how to cange the permissions back or even download the folder contents would be greatly appreciated.
