Is it possible to not have the Dialog box popup when I drag to move a file into a Favorites folder (of course unless there's a conflict)

could you please specify what you mean.

If I drag a file from one panel to the other, a dialog doesn't show, the move operation will be executed as intended.

I cannot drag a file to the menu "Favorites".

Not between panels but dragging to Favorites. The copy or move Dialog always pops up. Here's a pic:
