846 - Small zoomed images use smoothing, it's not needed

In Viewer / Quick viewer small images use smoothing when zooming, it's not needed and images, like icons look bad this way.
Is it possible to disable smoothing for some images only? Perhaps for some formats, or sizes, 256x256 and smaller could never use smoothing?
