I'm sure this is nothing, but just checking that I actually have the latest version after it alerted me of an update today.

on freecommander website it says this. FreeCommander XE 2021 Build 840 32-bit public

but after install in the Help/About menu of freecommander it shows this. FreeCommander XE 2020 Build 840 32-bit public

can someone confirm the 2020 is the latest version?

I can confirm, 840 has in the about dialog 2020.
It was released in December 2020.
Unfortunatelly it is small bug but for this reason I didn't want to make an update .
