841 - Error dialog and exception when using quick viewer

I have this only with my settings, to reproduce use these, just press Ctrl+Q at any PNG image, click OK, then it works good, but press Ctrl+Q again, to close quick viewer, result is exception.
Another error dialog is also when I switch to different file type, e.g. from png to png is OK, but from png to zip, or from png to [..] item is broken - error.
I tried to change the viewer settings in default settings instance, but I can't reproduce it, it's strange.
