841 - Create new folder/file is broken

It's broken when using specific number / combination of characters, I thought it's just with special characters, but it's with any characters, important is number of characters.
- F7 to create new folder, or create new file
- type "aa aaaaaa aaaaa aaaaa aaaaaaaaa aaa"
= file name is broken, even if all characters are valid, it looks like this "aa a_______________________________"
- now create new file and press Ctrl+V and add "+++", press Enter
- type "aa aaaaaa aaaaa aaaaa aaaaaaaaa aaab" (just add "b")
= new file name is OK, "aa aaaaaa aaaaa aaaaa aaaaaaaaa aaab"
- rename file "aa aaaaaa aaaaa aaaaa aaaaaaaaa aaab" to "aa aaaaaa aaaaa aaaaa aaaaaaaaa aaa"
= name is the same as before, but after renaming it's not broken
It was OK in 841.
