840 - Minor - CopyFullPath_AddLastDelimiter=1 ini option issue

To reproduce:
- use default settings
- in freecommander.ini file, [Form] section add this option:
- in FC focus any folder, e.g. "Abcd"
- use option "Copy name without extension as text", from address bar copy button submenu
= folder is copied with "\", e.g. "Abcd\"
I think this symbol is not needed in this case, and it has no sense here, it should be used only for path.
BTW "Copy name as text" works good.
FC 840 64-bit donor, Windows 10 20H2 64-bit.
