Sorry if this question is silly or has been answered previously, but for the life of me I can't find how to move (not copy) an item (file) from a panel to the favorites tree... any help? Thanks in advance!!!

the favorites tree is not a "real" place on your harddisk; it is just sort of a link-collection to the real file/directory --> moving items to favorites tree is not possible
