I'm sorry, bug related with this bug is still not fixed:

829 - Old 1st keyboard shortcut is not removed if new one is assigned - FreeCommander Forum

To reproduce:
- use default settings
- assign F5 to "Copy: FC-Copy"
- F5 from "Copy: Copy with dialog" is removed, correct
- now assign F5 to "Copy: Copy with dialog"
= shortcut for "Copy: FC-Copy" is not removed
- now assign F5 to "Copy: Win-Copy"
= other two F5 shortcuts are not removed
- now assign F5 to "Copy: Win-Copy Dialog"
= other three F5 shortcuts are not removed

Still the same after restart.

Perhaps you could release a silent update, if possible.

Related bug:

To reproduce:
- use default settings
- open Define shortcuts dialog
- in quick filter type "hid"
- click to "Show/hide hidden and system files"
- assign Ctrl+H for this option
- click Yes button
- it's assigned to "Show/hide hidden and system files"
- now type "split" into quick filter
= shortcut Ctrl+H is still assigned also to "Split horizontal/vertical" option, it's not removed

BTW "Show/hide hidden and system files" should be "Show/hide hidden and system items".
