829 - Minor Toolbars dialog filter vs icons issue

To reproduce:
- type anything into quick filter in the Define action toolbars dialog
= icons in the left panel preview are broken / wrong
Real icons are OK, if the dialog is closed and reopen, it's OK too.
FC 829 64-bit donor, Windows 10 2004 64-bit.
