File operation (single file) - copy, move, rename

Hello everybody,
when one of the mentioned functions is started, it opens the dialogwindow. In the field the complete file name is then already marked.
I find that annoying. Is the complete marking a function of Windows?
Can the FC set so that the coursor before the first or after the last Position is inserted from the file name?
