FC XE 2020 Cant drag files from other progs

Hello!

About two weeks ago dragging a file from a window of another program (WinRAR or default windows explorer end etc.) to a tab of Free Commander stopped working

May be you run FC with enhanced rights (as Admin) then you can't drop data from normal running processes.
Windows 11 Home, Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.4351)
Everything Version 1.5.0.1396a (x64), Everything Toolbar 1.5.5, Listary Pro 6.3.2.88

already tried... didn't help
tried reset settings of FC, reinstalling FC
