#1 Post by ANDREW007CZ » 13.08.2020, 08:01

Is that posssible to somehow set the wide for a freecommander window when using two panels view
and when I switch to one panel view (F10) it will narrow the window?

Thanks

I am having the same problem but the solution is not what I was looking for.

When pressing [F10] FreeCommander simply changes from one to two panes:
It keeps the position of the window. (great)
It keeps the two folders so if I switch back from one to two panes the old folder comes back up in the pane. (great)
It keeps the size of the window. (not so great)

If I use layouts:
(setting: keep all tabs; ignore layout tabs)
It changes windows size (great)
It changes window position (not so great)
It forgets the folder in the second tab so when I switch back to 2 panes the second one is empty. (not so great)
besides: this looks like a bug because [alt]+[arrow left/right] does still work in the second pane after switching back to 2 panes

Totally besides question but something I'd like to share:
automatically saving settings to Google Drive works great to synchronize settings between different computers!
(tools / settings / General / Settings)
