Interface, Skin, Vista look and next version date?

Hey All !
I only discovered Free Commander yesterday and I am totally hooked. I can't believe I wasted so much time on the windows explorer.
I was wondering if there is any option to install or choose skins for the interface, the existing one does the job but a file manager like this (FC)(an absolute swiss army knife) needs something more.
I am running xp at the moment, but I really like the aero-vista look from the screenshots, (on the site, freecommanderdotcom/fc_shots_en.htm
How can I get that ?
Are there more skins available on internet ?
When is next stable (non-beta) running version due ?
