How do I make ALL files appear?

These files: .tmp.drivedownload -- which I think have to do with Google Drive -- do not appear in FC. They do show up in SEARCH, and they do show up in the Windows file manager.
How can I make absolutely ALL files show up in FC, no matter what they are?
