Single click to open folder

Hi
I'm new to the program. I done the search in all topics but could'nt find an answer. Version 2008.06
In the help file there is an item under General/ Open folder with single click.
This item is not there in the program. The last item is: Auto save setting.
Where is the Open folder with single click to be found?
