818 - Keyboard shortcuts bug

818 Donor 64-bit

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch FC with a clean testing setup.
2. Open 'Define keyboard shortcuts'.
3. Change keyboard shortcut #1 for Rename (not Multi-Rename) to Ctrl+R.
4. Change keyboard shortcut #2 for Rename (not Multi-Rename) to F2.
5. Save settings.
6. Exit FC.
7. Launch FC again.
8. Notice that F2 is no longer assigned to Rename.

Confirmed, 818 64-bit donor.

Fixed.
