I had tried to read the FAQ and couldn't get the answer I wanted hence im posting here.
I currently is not able to find my menu bar and only the action toolbar can be seen. I would like to know how can I retrieve back to show the menu bar to be at the top of the program window?
Also, I had accidentally close the dual panel and now my window is only showing single panel. How can I bring the dual panel back?

Right click the status bar, left part with text, and choose "Show/hide main menu".
To toggle dual panel view press F10.
