818 - Unchecking full row select off, results in selection bug

Setting
Seems when you make a selection from the blank area at the bottom with a narrow selection with this option enabled it causes this issue.

I had this one earlier, but couldn't reproduce it. This time I could reproduce it, but not always. 818 64-bit, Windows 10 64-bit 1909.

Same. But this happens all the time. If you make a narrow selection from the bottom. Right>Left it happens 100% of the time.
