Automatic View for "My Computer"?

Is there an automatic view for "My Computer"?
I did a search and did find a really really old post. Rather than necro'ing the post (which I can do if preferred), I thought I'd just ask (since the posts were so old, maybe it's been added).
One thing I did notice, though... if you use automatic views and rename something, it resorts everything. This can be rough when working on and renaming a lot of files.
