816 - Items with unprintable characters in filenames cause issue with toolbar arguments

It contains two folders:
Vol. 1 (Problem Folder)
Vol. 1 (Which has been renamed)
There seems to be non-printable characters in the folder Vol. 1 (Problem Folder) that causes FC an issue.
Settings for the toolbar:
