Scroll while drag

Hello,
I'd like to be able to scroll on the tree also while dragging an object over it, but currently I cannot perform this.
Is it really so?
I know I can drop to the top/bottom and the tree scrolls automatically, but this way you have fewer precision and it scrolly anyway much slower.
Would it be difficult to implement that feature?
