812 - Favorite tools in popups do not have captions displayed

When adding a Favorite Tool to an Action Toolbar item's popup menu, the name (caption) of the Favorite Tool is not displayed. Instead it just shows "Favorite tool 01", etc.
It works correctly when adding a Favorite Tool to the Action Bar directly, although it is prefaced by "1: ", "2: ", etc., which is probably not needed/desired.
