The dialog colors are predefined and can not be changed.
So what does this mean? The user can change almost every color - but not of pop-up windows? Or the user can choose to divert from default colors of them - but at the cost of having to use a whole Color Scheme from a pool of 4? Or choose one of those 4 Schemes - and then modify them as pleased [but retaining colored pop-ups]?

Ironically, the one color scheme I want, freecommander_light, has no download link. Just enough color to make the window stand out against the bland crap background of Win 10.

Is this only available to donors?

[the other neon garish schemes are a fun nostalgia trip back to Win 95 and Winamp days! Been there, done that! :P

I still do not know how it is with those colors

I'm really loving Solarized Dark. It looks exactly the same as my coding environment in VSCode!
