Is it possible to delete with synchronisation the deleted files also in the target file?

Yes it is. Lets say your working directory is on the left side, and your mirror / backup / target is on the right side.
Then in the "Synchronize..." dialog just select the Option "Asymmetric - backup of the left side", then files on the right side will be deleted.
But be careful! The computer doesnt know if you deleted a file on the left side, or if you added a file on the right side! e.g. if you bring home some files from work / school / a friend / whatever on a removable drive. The compare function just sees that there is file on the right side that is not on the left side! It does not know whether this difference results from a file deletion or from a file creation! So you could accidentially delete some file you probably didnt want to!
