Mouse over active file makes file name unreadable

Hi, when I move the mouse cursor over the active file, the file name becomes completely unreadable. See screenshot

It seems like the rectangle has bright blue border (OK) and is filled with plain white (not OK, shall be transparent / unfilled).

I use FreeCommander portable Version 2009.02a on Win 7 64bit German, default Win 7 Aero theme.

Reproduction rate 100%. Steps:
1) As far as I understood the help file, selecting files with keyboard (not mouse) only works when standard setting has been changed the following (required to reproduce): Settings - Select items - NC-Mode - Select files in NC-Mode SWITCHED ON. All other is standard setting.
2) Now "select" a file by moving a cursor
3) move your mouse cursor over the active file
