Folders in archives display Incorrect Date & Time

Using v396 with Win XP SP2 32 bit.

In a file pane, when I press ENTER to view the contents of an archive file, the date and time shown for the folders inside of that archive shows the date and time of the actual archive file instead of showing the true dates and times of those folders.

For example, I have a ZIP file with the date and time of 12-31-08 11:00 AM. Inside of that archive there are folders that look like this when viewed from within Free Commander v396:

APPS 12-31-08 11:00 AM
HELP 12-31-08 11:00 AM

However, once you extract the archive, the proper date and time is shown for those folders contained within the original archive:

APPS 10-15-07 12:05:00 PM
HELP 10-15-07 12:05:00 PM

The above is how the date and time should be represented for those folders when viewed from inside an archive in the method described above.

This appears to affect all of the folders and sub-folders contained in that archive.
