Encoding list in Search window is not alphabetical

If you evoke the window of Search feature by pressing CTRL+F keyboard shortcut and then in the

Location > Containing text

box write anything then the

Location > Encoding

drop-down list will become active. Unfortunately that list does not follow the alphabetical order. And the fact that it has [if I am not mistaken] as much as 114 entries to choose from does not make it easy to find what user might be looking for

Unfortunately this non-alphabetical "order" prevails in Build 946 64-bit Donor Portable

When will this simple issue be fixed?
