Apostrophe sign indicating Locked Tab breaks its name that uses filled triangle signs [FIXED]

If user chooses the apostrophe character

Tools > Settings > View > Folder > Folder Tabs > Tab Management > Mark locked tabs with this character

then locked Tab that has its name set to

is shown as

i.e. FC substitutes filled triangle signs with and an empty square sign on both sides of the tilde sign
