File rating (64 bit only)

In the release 936 a new feature for rating files is available.
Windows offers a file rating feature. This feature is accessed by navigating to the "Details" tab in the file's properties to specify a star rating.
Rating is displayed as a star rating from 0 to 5 stars. The underlying numerical values range from 0 (unrated) to 99, with specific ranges for each star level:
0 Stars: 0 (Unrated)
1 Star: 1-12
2 Stars: 13-37
3 Stars: 38-62
4 Stars: 63-87
5 Stars: 88-99
This rating is stored in the file's metadata and can be viewed in Windows Explorer. It can be useful to add the "Rating" column to the view. The rating is not available for all file types. Its availability depends on whether the file format supports the storage of rating metadata. File formats that support ratings are for example:
Audio: .mp3, .wma, .aif
Video: .mp4, .m4v, .wmv, .avi, .mov
Images: .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .heic

In FreeCommander you can select multiple files and call "File->Other operations->Files rating...".
The selected files are displayed in the dialog:

You can set the rating for each individual file. If you select some files, the rating will be set to all selected files.
To really save the changed rating use the "Run" button.
Additional you can set for each individual file keywords and comments.
Shortcuts valid in the dialog: F2 rename, Ctrl+A select all, Ctrl+I toggle view mode
