#1 Post by HolyHarp » 03.09.2018, 06:11

How can I have Win+E open in the foreground/active window? I have Tools>Settings>General>Start minimized unchecked. I have Tools>Redirect Win+E to FreeCommander checked

Please use new FCWinERdirect.exe

This seems to have resolved the issue. I did have to tell Windows 11 the new FCWinERdirect.exe was OK to use and after that the initial win+E did start in the background, After that it worked great.

Thanks very much Marek

Just a note regarding wiN+e functionality, just updated to Windows 24H2 64bit and the same problem returned the first start of FC after that update. Since then everything seems to work fine.
