Search doesn't work properly in Korean

#1 Post by kcfc » 24.01.2023, 00:54

Windows10 21H2 Build 19044.2251
FreeCommanderXE 2023 Build 880 32-bit public

Search doesn't work properly in Korean
There is folder name like "수납파일“

If you search word
"수납파일” it works
"수“ it works
"납" it not working
"파“ it works
"일” it works
"수납" it not working
"수납파“ it works

I don't know the pattern, something similar keeps happening

Additionally, there is no problem with FreeCommander 2009.02b.

I have created folder like "수납파일“ and then tested all your examples.
All is worked correctly with Build 880 32 and 64 bit.

Windows 11 22H2, German language.

Have you checked Quick Filter?

Quick filter is disabled

It reproduces on all my pc's and my co-workers' pc.
Appears the same in all three versions: general installation version, en installation version, and portable version.

It occurs not only "수납파일" but also other Korean words.

Could you please check again?

I think the next valid question would be: what language does your FreeCommander and operating systems run with?

And is changing it [starting with OS] fix the problem?
