Rename files in "flat view"

#1 Post by 14u24me » 12.10.2008, 18:59

Using "flat view", I can't rename one single file in a subfolder (screenshot), but using "multi rename" I can rename different files.
After that, "flat view" will be leaved automaticly.

By the way, it would be helpful to change the background color while "flat view" is switched on.

I can't confirm the bug, but I like this suggestion:

...but please start the new topic in "Feature Requests", I'll support it then. Thanks.

I think, the problem is only if you make rename with dialog.

I was just playing with multiple rename in flat view in FC 2009.02. After the renaming, flat view "leaved automaticly". It does it even if no renaming is done -- close the multi-rename dialog, and boink! no flat. :)

I'm not sure if it's a bug or behaviour, but if you think it's a bug, please start a new topic, this one is closed (original bug has been fixed).
