Can not connect sftp

#1 Post by AnatAnna » 29.04.2020, 12:57

Version: Build 810a 64-bit donor

Hi,
This is the first time i try to open SFTP with FC. It successfully opens with Putty sftp- I can login with login/password and see contents of the directory. It works in FAR file manager also.

Here in FC i get the following:

Code: Select all

SFF->IP.ADD.RE.SS ==== Connect: 29.04.2020 12:46:37 ====
The negotiation of host key algorithm is failed (rsa-sha2-256,rsa-sha2-512,ssh-rsa,ecdsa-sha2-nistp521,ecdsa-sha2-nistp384,ecdsa-sha2-nistp256 <-> ssh-dss)
Logout done
May be i missed something in FC settings, but both for psftp and Far only login, password, hostname make it work.

Thank you,
With regards,
Anna

Are you sure, your server is SFTP server?
Have you tried FTP (not SFTP) login?

Yes, i am sure.
When i track packages in Firewall i see that FC tries to connect to port 22. I see the same type of connection to port 22 , than i connect via Far or Putty sftp.
The only difference is that it works from PuttySftp and Far but it does not work from FC, unfortunately, with Error message above.

Regards,
Anna

I can check it if you allow me access to your SFTP server for testing purposes.
You can transfer the necessary information using Private Message.

Hi, Marek !
Thank you very much for suggestion, but this is not my SFTP, but corporate partner's.
Can you give an advice if I can track/troubleshoot or maybe create any kind of dump of communication from my side, that can help to find out the reason?
