When I attempt to access this Windows share in one of our Amazon Web Services hosts, I am instead placed in my "Desktop" folder:
\\ramps2019-prod.ad.aws.mycompany.net\
I'm able to access other network locations such as \\nerqbst01dfil01\Restricted_1\VIS Corporate NJ\good_results\, and I can access \\ramps2019-prod.ad.aws.mycompany.net using other file managers.
Any idea why I am unable to access the AWS network share?
-Thanks

Have you tried the current 810 release?

I'm unable to login to the donor site using the user name and password that you provided. Should it be the same login used to access this forum?
Thanks,

I just installed the 32bit 810 version and it still does not work. When I enter \\ramps2019-prod.ad.aws.mycompany.net\ into the address bar at the bottom, the contents of my "Desktop" folder are displayed.

I got it working by dropping the trailing backslash:
This worked:
\\ramps2019-prod.ad.aws.mycompany.net
This does not:
\\ramps2019-prod.ad.aws.mycompany.net\
