Ghost Image

Using Vista Sp1 - Dell flat panel monitor - Whenever I minimize FC, I get an image of just the menu bar. I can get rid of it by using the mouse and drawing a box around it and it disappears. Any ideas ? I've never seen this happen before. Thanks. I like FC alot.
