Confirmed in FCXE R-723 64-bit on Win 10 x64
However, if you right click the selection in the quick view window and select copy, it works fine.

Open Viewer, click on the button "Settings > Tab Shortcuts and change the keyboard shortcuts you need.
You can reach the same dialog via Tools > Settings > Viewer > Button "Viewer" > Tab Shortcuts.

One has to set Ctrl+C shortcut in Quick Viewer settings (it's preset only for Viewer).
However it still doesn't work after it's assigned:

does not apply for folders. there is no context menu.However, if you right click the selection in the quick view window and select copy, it works fine.
