problem with copying/pasting and saving pdf files

#1 Post by elpape » 27.05.2015, 11:54

Hi all

I seem to have some problems with pdf files and some other files (R scipts) in Freecommander.
As soon as the files are selected in Freecommander, I cannot save these, as "they are in use". If I select another file, I can save the file I wanted to save in the first place.
Also I cannot copy/move pdf files in Freecommander - as soon as I select them, they open (and then "they are in use").

I have tried looking around in the settings, but I could not find a solution.

Can someone offer advise?

Thanks!
ellen

Check if your quick viewer is active. You can switch on/off quick viewer with Ctrl+Q.

Hi,

I have the same problem, but I don't want to switch off the quick viewer.
The quick viewer panel is essential for me to know in which folder I have to move the PDF files...
Without the quick viewer, my work will become much slower.

Is it a way to move the PDF with the quick viewer on?

Thank you in advance for your answers!
