Programs must be path qualified

Not sure if this is a bug report or a feature request!

On FC2009 in the Programs sections I can put just an executable name (like "notepad.exe") and FC was running it using the system path!

Now I must put the complete exe's path or FC complain that it doesn't exists into the few embedded folders (FC itself and the data folder).

In my opinion was much, much better the FC2009 behaviour!!

You're right, it doesn't work there.
I don't have a problem with having to specify the entire path for this, but I'm a little confused that it works for favorite tools and not there.
